About us
Tinasoria Apartments started with three good friends from Lanzarote — Juan Ramón, David and Dan — and three small studios that we use ourselves as weekend and summer escapes.
We are passionate about Lanzarote, real estate and creating places that feel comfortable, authentic and uncomplicated. Rather than turning the apartments into conventional holiday rentals, we decided to share them with guests looking to experience the island for a little longer — whether for a few weeks, a season or several months.
Because we use the apartments ourselves, we approach them differently. We care about the details, the surroundings and the feeling of having your own little base on the island.
Our philosophy
We believe some of the best experiences in Lanzarote happen when you have enough time to actually live here.
Our apartments are therefore designed primarily for longer stays: a quiet and comfortable place where you can work remotely, train, escape the European winter or simply enjoy island life at your own pace.
We keep things personal and straightforward. We know the island, we are nearby when our guests need us, and we are always happy to share the places and experiences we genuinely enjoy ourselves.
Tinasoria Apartments is not about mass tourism. It is about offering a simple, well-curated home base from which to discover Lanzarote properly.
